Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for handling client interactions and driving business through lead generation and conversions. Your main work will include:

• Doing cold calling and lead generation for exhibitions and trade shows.
• Pitching our booth design and fabrication services to Indian and international clients.
• Understanding client needs and coordinating with the design and operations teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and exhibition organizers.
• Following up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for closures.
• Maintaining lead data, updating CRM, and ensuring regular follow-ups.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Ensuring repeat business and referrals through excellent client service.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.
• Strong English communication (both spoken and written).
• Confident in negotiation and persuasion.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to meet targets.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM handling).
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and long-term growth mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC:

• Domestic Project Sales Managers: 20,000 25,000 per month
• International Project Managers: 25,000 28,000 per month
• (Candidates with 2+ years of sales experience in any field are preferred; experience in the exhibition industry is a big plus)
