Business Operations Manager
As a Business Operations Manager, youll lead key client relationships with top architects and designers, manage a team of executives, and drive operational excellence across multiple projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client interactions with architects & designers
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Operations Executives
- Train new team members on Magnates systems and processes
- Coordinate closely with research & follow-up teams
- Handle RSVPs for events, meetings, and showroom launches
- Oversee accurate reporting and ensure high standards of client servicing
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing or operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about design, architecture, and building brand relationships
