Job Description:
We are seeking a Solution Consultant who can bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. This role combines technical pre-sales, consultative sales, and early-stage customer success — ideal for someone who enjoys both business discussions and technical deep dives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) with enterprise and mid-sized clients.
Understand customer development workflows, pain points, and toolchains (GitHub, Jira, CI/CD pipelines) to design tailored, data-driven solutions.
Build solution proposals, ROI narratives, and presentations that connect product metrics to measurable business impact.
Own the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation, early adoption, and long-term success.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to relay client feedback, feature requests, and improvement opportunities.
Support internal enablement by creating demo environments, best practice guides, and use-case templates.
Contribute to regional Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts by analyzing customer needs, usage patterns, and market trends in India and APAC.
