Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, and bakery items according to MUUNS Cakes’ standards.

• Design and craft customized cakes (fondant, cream, and modern designs) for birthdays, weddings, and events.

• Develop new recipes and seasonal specials in line with market trends.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all bakery products.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met in the kitchen.

• Manage inventory of baking supplies, ingredients, and tools.

• Work closely with the sales & customer service team to deliver customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cake/Pastry/Bakery Chef.

• Expertise in cake decoration techniques (fondant, buttercream, piping, modern themes).

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and flavor pairings.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Creativity and passion for desserts & cake artistry.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and special events.

• Diploma/Certification in Baking & Pastry (preferred but not mandatory).
