Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) in the mechanical field.
- 6–8 years of experience in QC and audit handling.
Work Hours:
- General Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Overtime: 2–4 hours daily + special OT on Sundays
- Flexibility to work in any shift based on allocation and work requirements.
Work Days:
- Monday to Saturday
- Sunday work on need basis only
Salary:
- Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 (based on skills and learning attitude)

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Testing
- Conduct visual inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies, and equipment.
- Use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check tolerances.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Record inspection results and highlight defects or discrepancies.
- Generate reports on deviations and corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformities.
- Quality System Management
- Develop and maintain QC procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in audits and quality reviews.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
- Material and Equipment Inspection
- Support rollout of quality standards such as AS9100/IATF within the organization.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- First Article Inspection of initial production units.
- Process Monitoring during production.
- Training and mentoring staff on QC procedures.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of safety measures related to AS9100/IATF standards.
- Strong communication (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven approach.
