Qualifications:
Minimum Std. 10th pass (Std. 12th pass preferred)
5–8 years of hands-on experience working with Automats (Traubs) is mandatory

Work Hours (Shift Based):
General: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Morning: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Evening: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Note:
2 hours overtime (OT) will be provided daily
Special OT available on Sundays
Flexibility to work in any shift based on business needs is required

Monday to Saturday
Sunday work on need basis only

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
(based on skills, experience, and attitude towards learning)

Key Responsibilities / Must-Have Skills:
Lead and manage teams of operators and helpers on the shop floor
Read and interpret drawings, and implement machine settings accordingly
Inspect parts using measuring tools like Vernier Calipers, Gauges, and Micrometers
Coordinate with company executives to ensure timely delivery of parts
Escalate issues and introduce new processes for improving productivity and efficiency

Awareness of the latest technology upgrades in Traubs / Turning processes
