About the Role

We are hiring Sales Field Executives to join our telecom team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling broadband and DTH solutions directly to customers in your assigned area. If you are energetic, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in sales, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeet potential customers in assigned areas (field visits) to explain and sell broadband and DTH services.
Generate new customer leads through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Maintain daily reports on sales activity, leads generated, and conversions.
Work closely with team leaders and managers to achieve area sales goals.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Languages: Must speak Hindi (mandatory) and basic English.
Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, high energy, willingness to work on targets, and ability to interact with customers face-to-face.
Other: Android smartphone required. Bike and driving license preferred (not mandatory).
Experience: Freshers welcome. Prior sales or field experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: INR 16000 to 20000 per month (fixed).
Incentives: Attractive sales incentives based on performance (monthly payout).
