ANSI Technologies is looking for experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Engineers responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations in a client-facing environment in Dubai.

The role includes infrastructure administration, network monitoring, cybersecurity operations, and L2/L3 technical support while ensuring high system availability and SLA compliance.

Infrastructure & Server Administration

• Manage Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022)

• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO policies

• Monitor system performance, storage, and access permissions

• Execute patch management and backup validation

Network & Security Management

• Maintain LAN / WAN infrastructure, VLANs, and wireless networks

• Configure and monitor firewalls and VPN connectivity

• Support cybersecurity monitoring and threat remediation

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Microsoft 365 & End User Support

• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint basics

• Provide L2/L3 desktop and application support

• Maintain IT documentation and asset records

• Infrastructure & Managed Services experience

• Networking fundamentals

• Cybersecurity awareness

• Microsoft 365 administration

• Backup solutions knowledge
