About the Role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Diagnostic Nurses to join a reputed healthcare and diagnostics group in Dubai. The role involves providing high-quality nursing support in diagnostic services, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining international healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic procedures including pathology, radiology, and other lab-based services.

• Collect blood samples, swabs, and other diagnostic specimens with precision and patient care.

• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and explain procedures clearly.

• Monitor patients during and after diagnostic processes, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow proper documentation standards.

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and radiologists for smooth workflow.

• Handle diagnostic equipment and ensure proper sterilization and maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (recognized by Indian Nursing Council).

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in diagnostics / hospital / laboratory settings.

• Licensing: DHA / MOH / HAAD eligibility preferred (or willing to process DHA license).

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic procedures, patient care, and medical terminology.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
