Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of core modules, contribute across the stack, and mentor a growing engineering team. This is a Work From Office role with flexibility to work from home a few days in a week, and candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end features and core system components.

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for both internal and external use.

• Contribute to frontend logic using JavaScript and Spring-based technologies.

• Write clean, modular, and testable code with strong emphasis on unit testing and secure coding.

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Docker.

• Debug and resolve complex issues in multi-module production environments.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams for feature planning and delivery.

• Participate in architectural discussions and help define system evolution.

• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

• Maintain high standards for system performance, uptime, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPQL, XML, and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in JavaScript for frontend functionality.

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Docker in a CI/CD environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset for designing maintainable systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to container orchestration, distributed systems, or microservices.

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
