ANSI Services is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics practice across multiple regions. We are looking for experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Consultants, both Functional and Technical, who can lead implementations, optimize business processes, and deliver high-quality ERP solutions for our clients.

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional or technical specifications

• Configure and customize Finance and Operations modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash Management

• Provide support for post-implementation, upgrades, and enhancements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design, integration, and reporting

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions

• Ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality project standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX (implementation or support)

• Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules

• Experience in Business Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, and System Configuration

• For Technical Consultants: strong in X++, Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and LCS

• For Functional Consultants: strong understanding of finance operations and end-user processes

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Work on international implementation projects
