We are seeking a polished and articulate Virtual Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first
point of contact for prospective high net worth clients. This fully remote role requires exceptional
English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a sophisticated understanding of wealth
management terminology. You will play a critical role in qualifying prospects and ensuring only
warm, informed leads reach our advisory team.
Work Schedule:
This position requires working US Central Time hours:
 Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
 Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CT
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Call Management & Sales Support (40%)
ï‚· Professionally handle inbound calls using scripts and value propositions.
ï‚· Apply consultative sales techniques to identify prospect needs.
 Communicate the firm’s value to high net worth individuals and business owners.
ï‚· Qualify prospects based on:
o Retirement planning needs ($500K+ in assets)
o Business succession and exit planning
o Complex tax situations requiring strategic planning
o Estate planning for wealth preservation
ï‚· Route calls appropriately:
o Warm-transfer qualified leads to advisors
o Schedule discovery sessions with proper expectation setting
o Match prospects to the appropriate service level
o Handle objections professionally while maintaining interest
2. Lead Nurturing & Sales Follow-Up (30%)
ï‚· Manage high-value lead pipelines in CRM systems.
ï‚· Execute strategic follow-up sequences for business owners, pre-retirees, and high net worth
families.
ï‚· Send personalized communications using templates.
ï‚· Track prospect engagement and update sales pipeline.
ï‚· Identify opportunities to re-engage dormant leads.
ï‚· Support conversion of prospects into clients.
3. Appointment Setting & Calendar Management (20%)
 Manage advisors’ calendars to maximize efficiency.
ï‚· Pre-qualify appointments to ensure productive meetings.
ï‚· Set proper expectations for initial consultations.
ï‚· Coordinate meetings via Zoom, phone, or in-person.
ï‚· Ensure prospects complete pre-meeting materials.
ï‚· Handle rescheduling while maintaining engagement.
ï‚· Achieve targeted appointment show rates.
4. Administrative & Sales Support (10%)
ï‚· Maintain and update contact information across CRM systems.
ï‚· Generate daily call reports and sales metrics.
ï‚· Track conversion rates and identify trends.
ï‚· Assist with email marketing campaigns targeting affluent segments.
ï‚· Support client onboarding preparation.
Required Qualifications:
ï‚· Availability to work US Central Time hours.
ï‚· Flawless English proficiency (native or near-native).
ï‚· Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience in:
o Financial services or wealth management
o High-ticket professional services
o B2B sales000
o Insurance or estate planning
ï‚· Experience engaging with high net worth individuals and business owners.
ï‚· Strong knowledge of:
o Wealth management terminology (IRA, 401(k), RMD, asset allocation, estate
planning)
o Tax vocabulary (AGI, deductions, tax brackets, capital gains, tax strategies)
o Business terminology (succession planning, buy-sell agreements, business valuation)
ï‚· Excellent phone presence and rapport-building skills.
ï‚· Comfortable with consultative selling.
ï‚· Proficient in multiple software platforms with reliable high-speed internet and a professional
home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
ï‚· Experience with US retirement planning concepts.
ï‚· Background working with affluent clientele or C-suite executives.
ï‚· Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
ï‚· Experience setting appointments for high-value services ($5,000+).
ï‚· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
ï‚· Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services.
ï‚· Experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles.
