Job Description:

Addressing Queries through Inbound Calls, Emails and Online Chat.
Handling escalation (RM help-desk).
Solving queries through inter-department co-ordination.

Call Monitoring and Sending Quality report and giving Feedbacks.
Giving Training to new Joinees and Refresher training.
Handling customers letters & Corporate actions through Team.


Job Specification:

Good communication in English, Hindi

Minimum 3 years experience related to same profile from Stock Market with knowledge of Stock Market functioning

Good at communication Oral/Written .

Good at MS office

Aggressive, team-oriented attitude.
