Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in operating CNC automats, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high-quality output. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a strong commitment to maintaining efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating CNC automats.

Work Hours & Shifts

• General Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
• Morning Shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Note:

• 2 hours of overtime (OT) provided daily.
• Special OT available on Sundays.
• Flexibility to work in any shift based on allocation and work requirements.

Work Days

• Monday to Saturday.
• Sunday work will be on a need basis only.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on skills and attitude towards learning).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines on a daily basis to ensure smooth functioning.
• Perform test runs to validate accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products against blueprints to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Record and maintain logs of machine activities and production output.
• Manage stock inventory, including ordering and acquiring parts.
• Translate instructions and technical drawings into computer commands for machine execution.

Must-Have Skills

1. Daily maintenance and smooth operation of CNC machines.
2. Ability to lead and execute test runs.
3. Strong quality inspection skills.
4. Record-keeping and machine performance documentation.
5. Inventory planning and parts acquisition.
6. Command translation into CNC programs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Prior experience as a CNC Operator.
2. Ability to interpret 3D design blueprints.
3. Strong knowledge of mathematics and mechanics.
4. Analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in software and computer operations.
6. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
7. Goal-driven, proactive approach to work.
