Role Name : Technical Manager – Oracle Services
Location: Onsite / Hybrid with Emerson GCC (India) and global engagement

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Engagement
o Act as the primary Oracle SME representing YASH in Emerson’s Oracle transformation program.
o Partner with Emerson leaders to shape rollout strategies, cloud migration roadmap, and
integration patterns.
o Translate business needs into Oracle-enabled solutions with a focus on global consistency and
local compliance.

2. Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversight
o Collaborate with the customer during the Solution Design phase for Oracle EBS 12.2 modules
(ERP, HCM, Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, SCM, CRM, Incentive Comp).
o Collaborate with the customer in define OCI migration strategies.

o Provide delivery oversight on the running engagement.

3. Capability Building & Mentorship
o Mentor 10+ existing YASH associates already working in Oracle at Emerson.
o Build Emerson-specific playbooks, accelerators, and reusable templates.
o Upskill team in Oracle Cloud modules (HCM, SCM Cloud, etc.) to prepare for Emerson’s future
state.
o Identify right skilled resources for the customer requirements. Work with the external vendors
and create an ecosystem that works on expediting the onboarding process for customer needs.

4. Business Growth Enablement
o Position YASH for land-and-expand opportunities across ERP rollout, OCI migration, and Oracle
support models.
o Contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and thought leadership content tailored to Emerson.
o Be the eyes and ears to YASH in pursuing adjacent growth.

5. Innovation & Future Tracks
o Explore GenAI and Data use cases tied to Oracle (e.g., predictive SCM, AI-driven financial insights,
intelligent compliance).
o Liaise with Emerson’s AI steering committees to align Oracle programs with enterprise AI
strategy.

Core Skills and Qualifications

· 15+ years Oracle experience, with at least 8–10 years in Oracle EBS 12.x (ERP, Financials, SCM,
Manufacturing).
· Experience delivering multi-region Oracle rollouts/implementations (Americas/Europe/India
exposure desirable).
· Deep expertise in Oracle ERP products (Cloud and On-Premises) including technical, functional,
and project/program management experience
· Experience supporting large enterprise environments with a focus on business and IT alignment
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
· Track record of working directly with CXO/Program leadership as solution advisor, not just as
project consultant.

· Strong communication, client relationship management skills, and thought leadership presence.
· Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing all technical aspects of the
client relationship and ensuring their needs are efficiently met
· Proficiency in risk identification, contract scope understanding, and service delivery
management.
· Knowledge of change management, security compliance, and cloud technologies relevant to
Oracle ERP.
· Analyse clients’ business environments and goals to tailor technology solutions that maximize
value and align with their specific objectives
