Handling customer request/ complaints for UK customers
Ensuring the request/ complaints are resolved within the SLA
Making outcalls to the customers and taking inbound calls as well
Communicating via letters/ emails to customer as per requirement
Raising tickets to IT team for request/ complaints, which we’re unable to close at our end
Responsible for query log of the entire team and sending it to the client for correct resolution
Proof reading of letter/emails for the team
Floor support/ assistance to the team
Working on critical/ complex customer complaints
Coordinating with the client and other departments for better customer service
Floor Support, helping team leader in process building exercises in liaison with various departments, Quality Audits reports, trainings new hires for process and daily reports.
