Job Profile & Responsibilities:
• Operating effectively in a high volume service of employee transport operation.
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking services for employee transportation.
• Managing, monitoring and developing a team of Supervisors and Drivers.
• Being the first point of contact for Operational team.
• Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.
• Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Full understanding of transport operational systems.
• Expertise in keeping track of each and every vehicle.
• Troubleshooting and working on client complaints.
• Making better plans and programs for facilitating better transport facilities.
• Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
• Identify and implement continuously enhance efficiencies associated with Operation management plus produce fulfillment.
• Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying new contracts.
• In case of any incident / accident occur, intimating the process manager immediate & sending the incident report to Global Asset Protection (GAP) team & reporting on the spot for immediate necessary action.
